Number maximum of travellers for the group
Details on flight/train/bus/drive
Details on hostel/hotel/camping park
Estimated expense on the travel

The member who submit the travel ideia will be fully responsable for getting togheter the group, preparing the travel or in case of desistance delegate other person to be responsable.
